      Your $147 inspection fee reserves your time slot and covers the inspection and written report. No other payment is due today. Reschedule free with 24 hours notice.

      Inspection

      Full property walkthrough with thermal imaging, calibrated moisture readings, and photo documentation.

      Laboratory testing

      If testing is warranted, samples are $147 each. You approve each one on site before it is collected, so nothing is charged without your okay. Please have a card available.
