Our certified inspector performs a thorough room-by-room visual walkthrough, scanning every moisture-prone area: basements, crawl spaces, attics, bathrooms, HVAC returns, around windows, and behind drywall where thermal imaging can detect hidden moisture pockets without cutting a single wall.

We collect certified air and surface samples from the areas of concern and an outdoor control sample, then ship everything to our certified third-party lab. Results come back in 24–48 hours. You receive a professional written report with your lab results, a plain-English explanation of what was found, and — if mold is present — a complete remediation protocol that any licensed contractor can follow.
